KD Dawsey Ministries, Inc. Leadership Development Institute (LDI)

Greetings in the dependable name of Jesus Christ. The one who declared if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. Welcome to the KD. Dawsey Ministries Leadership Development Institute (LDI). The LDI is the manifestation of a 10 year dream for me.

The 21st century presents challenges for the local and universal church that are far beyond anything we could have imagined 20 years ago. Our society and the world are changing so rapidly that it requires leaders to be more versatile and creative than ever before.

The LDI is designed to equip today's church leader in the following areas:

Develop the characteristics of a great leader

Use Biblical principles to avoid congregational extinction

Adopt new approaches and concepts to serve the present age

Design programmatic processes to help members become self sustaining

Empower church leaders to lead with confidence

Effective methods to grow the church spiritually, numerically and financially

Operate in excellence in all ministries 

My ultimate goal is to offer this LDI worldwide. Thank you for allowing me to share in the development of your church leadership. My prayer is that you will open your hearts and minds to receive revelation from God that will transform your thinking about what it means to be a leader in God's House.
